Company History

Land Equity International Pty Ltd (ABN 42 097 054 165) was incorporated in 2001 by Tony Burns, Chris Grant, Ian Lloyd and Chris Lunnay – the core members of the land titling team from Hatch Associates Pty Ltd (formerly called BHP Engineering Pty Ltd).

Under the new banner, LEI is continuing the tradition of providing quality consulting services. We have built a very strong track record in the delivery of successful land titling and land administration development programs. In particular we have an excellent understanding of the priorities of major donor agencies in the design and implementation of sustainable development projects.

LEI is ISO 9001:2000 accredited for project planning and management, team member management and mobilisation, procurement and financial systems.
