Project Management

LEI are internationally recognised as project management specialists. Our success in this area is due largely to our exceptional project management staff, proven quality assurance systems, sound financial management systems and good relationships with our clients.

Our company has a strong focus on delivering sustainable project outcomes. We received international recognition for our project management skills in 1997 when our core staff received the World Bank Award for Excellence for implementation of the Technical Assistance program for the Thailand Land Tilting Project.

More recently in 2005, LEI was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Government of Lao PDR for superior performance in undertaking the land titling project.
In 2006, LEI were awarded the Illawarra Business Chamber Award for Export in recognition of our excellence in managing and exporting development assistance services.

As project managers we understand the complex and multidisciplinary environment in which international development takes place. Integral to our approach is planning, co-ordination and liaison between the host country government, the lending agency and the project manager.

We team with the client at all stages of the project life cycle to ensure that project deliverables are met and project outcomes are agreed from the start.
We use regular monitoring and evaluation to assess our progress and provide timely feedback to implementers.
