We’re pleased to share a brief 25th Anniversary Impact Report as we celebrate a quarter-century of work across more than 40 countries with development partners, governments and investors.
Inside, you’ll see some of the work we specialise in: technical land systems and registration improvements, regional policy influence built through multi-stakeholder coalitions, and land tenure work embedded in climate adaptation and spatial planning. Across all of it, our role has been both a lead designer and implementor of large-scale programmes, or acting as the specialist land component within larger initiatives – working alongside civil society organisations, government agencies, and other technical partners.
