Kevin is one of the world’s few land registration specialists who can boast of forty year’s experience in the legal, technical and managerial aspects of public sector land administration. Kevin was the Director of the Land Titles Office for the State of New South Wales, Australia. He was responsible for the introduction of legal reform measures and major advances in land records technology and management at the most senior level of the largest land titles office in Australia. He used his experience in the Australian Torrens system context and his genuine interest in improving registration systems to work on land related projects in some 20 countries around the world.
