Sam has previously been the Chair of LEI’s Board, and he has nearly 50 years of experience as a dedicated professional. Sam contributes to LEI’s projects in his capacity as a management consultant, leadership and management trainer and organisational development specialist, particularly assisting with institutional development and reform. Sam is a Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Professional Engineer, and he brings quality system design and implementation, strategic planning and M&E methods to our breadth of skills. Sam’s consulting work has taken him to more than 20 countries in Asia, the Pacific, Africa and South America.
