LEI commit to continually improving our Quality Management System consistent with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 by establishing quality objectives to plan, maintain, monitor, review and audit our Quality Management System. The Quality Policy is available to any interested party.
This policy sets out how Land Equity International Pty Ltd (LEI) uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools responsibly, ethically, and lawfully to support its consulting services while maintaining professional standards, client confidentiality, and compliance with Australian and international obligations.
LEI values integrity, honesty and ethics. We maintain these values by assisting LEI employees, consultants and representatives of LEI to effectively identify, disclose and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interests.
LEI conducts all operations in accordance with relevant environmental legislation and regulations and commits to exceeding these minimum standards by including the Environmental Policy objectives in decision making.
The Policy sets out LEI’s responsibilities and the responsibilities of LEI employees and consultants in observing and upholding LEI’s zero tolerance position on corrupt or fraudulent conduct. Prosecution, loss recovery, penalties and dismissal can flow from an instance of fraud or corruption.
In respecting all individuals LEI strongly supports the Modern Slavery Act 2018 in all parts of its business services. LEI is committed to preventing the existence or prospect of modern slavery within our organisation and our supply chains.
LEI is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and protection of Personally Identifiable Information and sensitive data throughout our business. The Privacy Data Protection Policy sets clear guidelines for the responsible collection and handling of data.
The SEAH Safeguarding policy establishes LEI’s zero tolerance of Sexual Exploitation, Sexual Abuse, and Sexual Harassment (SEAH). The policy sets clear obligations to prevent and respond to SEAH and to refrain from condoning, encouraging, participating in, or engaging in SEAH.
